Recognising that our subscribers are the core drivers of success,
MultiChoice established the DStv Email Panel. The DStv Email Panel
consists of a group of DStv subscribers who provide feedback and
comments via internet on various aspects of the DStv offering and they
essentially become ‘the voice’ of DStv. This advice and criticism
enables MultiChoice to stay in touch with subscribers’ needs and
requirements and provide invaluable input into customer orientated
strategies.
We would herewith like to invite you to become part of our DStv Email Panel.
Participation is voluntary, but each time a member
completes a survey they are automatically entered into a lucky draw
where some fantastic prizes are offered. The feedback from these panels
allows MultiChoice to keep abreast of viewers’ preferences and enables
the organisation to better serve its channel partners. The surveys
take only about 15 minutes to complete and are used to conduct new
channel tests, evaluate content preferences, provide input to customer
service issues, etc.
All you need to become a DStv E-mail Panel Member is Internet Access, an
e-mail address and a DStv subscription to any of our current packages!
If you or any member of your family is interested

family member must complete their own questionnaire to indicate their
channel preferences and viewership.
As a DStv Email Panel member, you will be contacted via
e-mail no more than once a month. For taking the time to complete this
survey (link below) you will automatically be entered into a Lucky Draw
where you can win a HD PVR decoder (excluding installation and monthly
subscription fee).
